Hey there, fellow players! I'm having a peculiar issue with my No Man's Sky base, and I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot or confirm if it's a known bug. I've been away from the game for two years, and when I came back, I noticed my old Creative World base wasn't functioning correctly. After trying a few different approaches, the problem persists, and I'm not sure what to do next.
Here are my steps to isolate the issue:
I initially thought my game file was corrupt, so I deleted and rebuilt my base on a new planet. Unfortunately, the issue persisted.
As a next step, I deleted my entire save file and started a new custom game with creative abilities. Again, the same problem occurred.
When trying to add carbon to the biofuel generator, the power grid glitches out, and the texts become unreadable. This is a crucial piece of information as it seems to be closely related to the issue at hand.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this problem, please share your insights. I'll continue to try and troubleshoot the issue on my own, but a bit of community support would go a long way in getting my game up and running smoothly again.
